In order to avail himself or herself of the appeal referred to in § 850.15, the appellant shall, within ten days after receiving notice of revocation, give written notice of the appeal to the Mayor. Such appeal shall be heard by the Board of Appeals within ten days after the filing of the notice of appeal and the Board shall make its decision not later than ten days after the termination of the hearing. The decision of the Board shall be final.
