§ 51.004 FEES TO BE PAID PRIOR TO CONNECTION.

(A) Before any new connection is made to any sewer line of the town and before any sewer line is extended, the property owner shall pay to the town the fees established by the Board of Commissioners from time to time.

(B) A schedule of those connection fees is set forth in § 51.096 and shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
