123.01 QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES.

The President of Council shall be an elector of the City and shall preside at all regular and special meetings of Council, but he shall have no vote therein except in case of a tie. He shall also be responsible for and subject to all the rights, powers, duties and limitations as set forth in Ohio R.C. Title VII. (Ord. 64-4. Passed 1-14-64.)
