714.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Persons who may be charged with a violation of this chapter include owners, operators, rental agents, tenants, lessees, sub lessees, and any other person using the single family residential structure or part thereof where the violation has been committed.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this Business Regulation Code where another penalty is not otherwise provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
