714.99 PENALTY.

(a) Persons who may be charged with a violation of this chapter include owners, operators, rental agents, tenants, lessees, sub lessees, and any other person using the single family residential structure or part thereof where the violation has been committed.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of Chapter 714 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined at least one hundred dollars ($100.00) on a first offense and five hundred dollars ($500.00) on each subsequent offense. Each day on which a violation occurs constitutes a separate violation.
