714.03 SHORT TERM RENTALS DEFINED.

   (a)   If the owner or lessee of a single family residential structure or part thereof leases or rents the residential structure or part thereof, located in any Single Family Zoning District of the City of Sharonville, for any period that is thirty or fewer calendar days in length, such lease or rent shall be considered a “short term rental”.

   (b)   “Owner or lessee” shall be interpreted to include sub lessees, assignees, operators, agents and any other person who rents or leases a particular single family residential structure or part thereof.

   (c)   Leases and rentals shall be interpreted to include the sublease or assignment of any single family residential structure or part thereof.
