714.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to protect the health, safety, welfare, and quality of life within the City of Sharonville, because the City desires to preserve existing single family residential neighborhoods and structures. Residents of the City of Sharonville should have reasonable expectations that single family residential neighborhoods and structures within the City will be characterized as quiet, clean, orderly, safe and stable and generally free of private businesses such as Short Term Rentals except those provided under current City of Sharonville ordinances.
