755.08 INSPECTIONS.
(a) Any of the following individuals may conduct inspections to determine compliance with this section and other applicable state and local laws:
(1) The Chief of Police and/or any Sharonville police officer;
(2) The Chief of Fire and/or any Sharonville firefighter;
(3) An inspector from Hamilton County Public Health;
(4) Sharonville Community Development Department Director or employee;
(5) Any other person authorized by the City of Sharonville to conduct inspections of a massage services establishment; or
(6) A representative of the State Medical Board of Ohio.
(b) Inspections may be conducted at any time and as often as the City deems appropriate.
(c) Permit holders shall be given ten (10) calendar days from the date of inspection to correct any violations of this section. Permit holders shall immediately correct any issues found to be in compliance with Section 755.05, Facility Requirements.
