733.08 VIOLATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, organization or entity regulated by this chapter to:
   (a)   Go upon any premises and ring the doorbell upon or near the door, rap or knock upon any door, or create any sound in any other manner calculated to attract the attention of any occupant of such residence or business for the purpose of solicitation in defiance of the notice exhibited at the residence or place of business in accordance with the provisions of Section 733.07;
   (b)   Solicit or canvass contrary to the hours listed in Section 733.06;
   (c)   Solicit or canvass without appropriately obtaining a permit in advance;
   (d)   Solicit or canvass without wearing the badge as indicated in Section 733.05;
   (e)   Remain on property without permission of the occupant or property owner after the solicitor or canvasser has been requested by the occupant or owner to leave such private premises;
   (f)   Make any false statement or misrepresentation in the process of applying for a solicitor permit; or
   (g)   Violate any other section of this chapter not specified in Section 733.08.
