911.18 BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL TRASH, WASTES AND GARBAGE.

   Notwithstanding any other section of this Code, all business and commercial establishments shall maintain their outside premises free from all trash, wastes and garbage unless deposited into an approved waste container, as defined in Section 911.02, subject to weekly municipal waste collection. Plastic film containers, cardboard and paper products shall be stored in such a manner so that it is obscured from the public using such premises.
