911.02 WASTE CONTAINER REQUIREMENTS.

   Containers for combustible wastes and noncombustible wastes shall be of nonrusting material of substantial construction, with tight-fitting lids, water-tight, of such size as to be easily handled by one man, and not in any case to have a capacity of more than thirty gallons. Plastic film container liners of substantial construction, capable of being sealed with twist-ties shall be acceptable as a container for disposable wastes providing they are watertight and properly sealed. Retail business establishments may provide approved dumpsters of such size as complies with the requirements of the business or governmental agency charged with the duty of collecting garbage and waste.
