719.09 FORBIDDEN TRANSACTIONS.

No secondhand or precious metal dealer shall purchase, exchange, trade or receive any secondhand article from any individual who fails to provide the identification that is required under this chapter. (Ord. 81-64. Passed 10-13-81.)
