719.06 MANDATORY RETENTION OF ITEMS.

No secondhand or precious metal dealer shall sell, transfer, alter in any way, or dispose of any items purchased or in any way obtained by him without allowing a period of at least three days to elapse, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
