719.05 FORBIDDEN TRANSACTIONS WITH MINORS.

No secondhand or precious metal dealer shall purchase, exchange, trade or receive any secondhand article from a minor knowing or having reason to believe such person to be a minor. (Ord. 81-64. Passed 10-13-81.)
