557.04 ALTERNATE METHOD OF APPOINTMENT OF THE AIR POLLUTION HEARING BOARD.
If within six months of December 9,1969, a minimum of three municipalities have not made similar provisions as set forth in Section 557.03, then the Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint the Air Pollution Hearing Board called for in Section 557.02 without regard for the provision of Section 557.03.
