1040.07 DEFAULT OF PAYMENT.

The failure of any person to pay the annual charge or rental specified in Section 1040.06 on its due date, or within thirty days thereafter, shall constitute a default. In such event, Council may direct the disconnection of the property from the sanitary sewerage system of the City.
