(EDITOR'S NOTE: Reference should be made to Resolution 13-78, passed February 8, 1978, which accepted certain proposals from the Hermitage Board of Commissions relative to the application of the provisions of this section to that Municipality.)
(a) Each and every person, partnership, association or corporation owning property beyond the City limits, desiring to connect his, her, its or their property, which is located beyond the City limits, with the sanitary sewerage system of the City, shall, before making such connection, obtain from the proper authorities of the City of Sharon a proper permit to do so, for which he, she, it or they shall pay to the City the sum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each and every permit. In addition, such person shall sign or cause to be signed an agreement to pay or cause to be paid to the City, in addition to the sum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), as the annual charge or rental for the use of the sewer, payable quarterly, the sum or price set forth in the schedule of prices following:
(1) For each and every dwelling house connected with the hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year;
(2) For each and every double house connected with the sewer, three hundred dollars ($300.00) per year;
(3) For each and every block of dwellings arranged for more than two families, an annual charge or rental fixed by multiplying the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) by the number of families for which such block of dwelling houses was built or arranged; and
(4) A quarterly base charge calculated on the basis of the size of the water meter serving the premises, plus a flow charge of one dollar and eighty-five cents ($1.85) per 100 cubic feet of water consumption over 25,000 cubic feet per quarter in excess of the amount included with the base charge as set forth in Table A, below, except that in no event shall any premises pay less than the minimum rate of thirty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($37.50) per quarter.

(b) The rates set forth in subsection (a) hereof are net rates to the City of Sharon. The adjoining municipalities are authorized to make any additional charges to cover bookkeeping, collection and incidental items that may be necessary.
(c) The proper City officials are authorized to enter into written agreements with the adjoining municipalities to provide for methods of collection, for future connections, for engineering procedures to be followed and for standard accounting procedures in the billing for future services.
(d) The rates set forth in subsection (a) hereof shall cover the calendar year 1977 and shall remain in effect thereafter until amended.
