The town hereby establishes the boundaries for the extraterritorial enforcement of zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations and building inspections shown on the face of that certain map entitled “Town of Shallotte and ETJ Area” and attached hereto. These boundaries are also described in that certain metes and bounds description as set forth in § 11.04.
