153.06 RETURN OF DEPOSIT.

   When the work authorized by the public property permit is complete and all provisions of this chapter have been met, the Director of Public Works shall issue a warrant to return the unused portion of the cash deposit to the applicant; if the cash deposit is insufficient to reimburse the City for its expenses in connection with the work, the Director of Public Works shall certify the deficit to the Director of Finance, who shall thereupon notify the applicant of the deficiency and proceed to collect the deficiency from the applicant, or its surety.
