141.08 PRICES FOR OFFICIAL RECORDS, CODIFIED ORDINANCES, MAPS.

   (a)   When copies of official records are furnished to any person, a charge per page shall be collected for the making and furnishing of such copies, which charge shall be based upon the approximate actual costs of making and furnishing such copies, as determined at least annually by the Director of Finance. The foregoing shall not apply to requests from government agencies for copies, for which no fee shall be charged.

   (b)   Pursuant to the provisions of Section 101.10, the City Charter and any component codes of the Codified Ordinances shall be furnished to any person at the same charge per page as is charged for other public records, except that if a complete hardback binder or flexible binder copy of the Codified Ordinances is purchased, the cost shall be the actual cost to the City at the time of purchase.    (c)   The price at which the City Address Map or the City Zoning Map shall be sold shall be the actual cost to the City for reproduction at the time of purchase.
