141.01 FINANCE DEPARTMENT; ESTABLISHMENT AND PERSONNEL.

Under the provisions of Section 1, Article V of the Charter there is created a Department of Finance, consisting of the Director of Finance, who shall also be the Director of Purchases, and such other employees as may be authorized by ordinance of Council.
