128.01 CREATION AND PURPOSE.

Under the provisions of Article V, Section 1 of the City Charter, there is hereby created the Department of Human Resources, effective May 1, 1998. The principal function and purpose of such Department shall be to administer the City’s human resources and risk management responsibilities. (Ord. 98-50. Enacted 4-27-98.)
