124.01 CREATION AND PURPOSE.

Under the provisions of Article V, Section 1 of the City Charter, there is hereby created the Department of Neighborhood Revitalization, effective immediately. The principal function and purpose of said Department shall be to encourage the maintenance and improvement of the City’s housing stock and strengthen its neighborhoods.
