123.01 ESTABLISHMENT AND PERSONNEL.

   Under the provisions of Section 1, Article V of the Charter there is created a Public Works Department consisting of the Director of Public Works and such other employees as may be authorized by ordinance of Council, as well as such other hourly rated employees, either part-time or full-time, as may be authorized by the Director.
