743.03 DEPOSIT OF WASTE MATERIALS; LITTERING.

   (a)   No person shall deposit any garbage, rubbish, ashes, dirt, sweepings, stones, wood, trash, offal, papers or other waste materials on any public street or ground, or in any lake, pond, or watercourse, or on any property, public or private, except in receptacles or bundles as provided by Sections 373.01 and 373.02 of the Codified Ordinances.

   (b)   No person operating a motor vehicle, except a bus, within this City, shall cause or permit any paper, trash, bottles or other waste material to be thrown, dropped or expelled therefrom onto any public street or ground or on any property, public or private.
