373.02 DEPOSIT OF WASTE MATERIALS ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.

   No person shall deposit any garbage, rubbish, ashes or other waste material:

   (a)   On any public street, sidewalk, tree lawn or ground;

   (b)   In any lake, pond or watercourse;

   (c)   On or in any premises of which he is not the owner, occupant or person in control.
