533.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   No person shall sell or offer for sale or solicit by mail, telephone, or in any other manner, or engage in the business of a private investigator, private policeman, watchman, guard or private detective, unless such person is the holder of a license which is in full force and effect and issued pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 4749. Such person shall have such license with him at all times while exercising such business, and shall, upon demand exhibit such license to any police officer or official of this City or occupant of any residence or business establishment within the City who is being contacted or solicited.
