505.06 SUPERVISION; HOURS OF OPERATION FOR MINORS.

   (a)   Amusement devices shall be located where they are visible to the permit holder or his authorized representative in the conduct of the business. Otherwise, separate full-time supervision of amusement devices shall be provided with the capability to isolate the amusement device area from public access when such supervision is not provided.

   (b)   No permit holder shall allow any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years to operate an amusement device during such times and in such a manner that would constitute a violation of the minor's curfew laws of the City contained in Section 709.13 of the General Offenses Code. Furthermore, no permit holder shall allow any minor under the age of fifteen (15) years to operate an amusement device between the hours of 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on days when such minor is required to be in regular school attendance.
