173.05 FEE.

A permit issued by the Mayor under C.O. 173.02 shall be for a period not to exceed seven days and the applicant shall pay as a permit fee therefor the sum of one dollar ($1.00) per day during the period granted in the permit. The permit shall not be renewable.
