It shall be unlawful for any person either to permit or to park or to place a trailer as provided in C.O. 173.02, without first having obtained from the Mayor, a permit to do so. The application for the permit shall be signed by the applicant and shall state the street, street number of the premises occupied, the name and permission of the owner or responsible occupant of such premises, the name and address of the trailer's occupants, the license number of the trailer and automobile to which it may be attached and such other information as the Mayor may require.
