(a) All Councilmen shall receive reimbursement up to one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per day for wages lost from their full-time employment when such Councilmen are compelled to be out of town on City business or attending schools or seminars.
(b) No compensation for wage loss shall be made by the City unless the Councilmen provide proper written verification by their employers that such wage loss was actually incurred to the amount requested.
