(a) The City of Seven Hills shall comply with Ohio R.C. 5923.05 “Permanent public employees entitled to paid military leave” when an employee who is a member of the Ohio National Guard, the Ohio State Guard, the Ohio State Naval Militia or members of other reserve components of the Armed Forces of the United States request a leave of absence from their respective duties for such time as they are in the military service on field training or active duty.
(b) The City of Seven Hills will also provide and pay for medical insurance for eighteen months during such time the City employee is in the military service on field training or active duty. (Ord. 59-2001. Passed 9-24-01.)
