Vacations for all full-time employees of the Municipality and payment therefor are provided as follows:
Length of Service | Length of Vacation |
Over one but less than five years | Two weeks |
Over five but less than ten years | Three weeks |
Over ten but less than fifteen years | Four weeks |
Over fifteen years | Five weeks |
The amount of payment of vacation pay shall be based on the earnings of the employee for a forty-hour work week.
