143.11 PETTY CASH.

There is hereby established a Petty Cash Account for the Division of Engineering in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00). All expenditures from Petty Cash Account shall be evidenced by receipts which shall be maintained in the Division of Engineering. The Petty Cash Account and the records of the Petty Cash Account shall be administered by the City Engineer.
