143.04 QUALIFICATIONS.
   (a)   The Engineer shall have a degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
   (b)   He shall hold and maintain a license issued by the State of Ohio as a Professional Civil Engineer. (Ord. 91-2004. Passed 12-27-04.)
