143.03 ADDITIONAL DUTIES.

(a) The Engineer shall also serve as the Flood Plain Manager as required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. He shall be responsible for identifying flood plains throughout the City and maintaining the flood plain maps.

(b) The Engineer shall also serve as the City Arborist in matters concerning tree selection, tree planting, and tree removal such as clear-cutting permits.
