130.03 COMPENSATION OF THE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES.

The Director of Human Resources shall receive as and for compensation for his duties in accordance with the provisions of Section 151.091. Such compensation shall be paid directly to the Director of Human Resources in twenty-six substantially equal amounts, together with any other benefits as provided by Chapter 151. The Director of Human Resources shall not receive overtime compensation.
