125.12 VACATION PAY.

The part-time employees provided for in Sections 125.02, 125.05 and 125.083, shall receive a vacation benefit which shall be calculated by the following formula:

 

Number of hours worked          Number of weeks       The from the seniority date of         employee would receive   number the previous year to the       X    if worked       =    of weeks seniority date of the current year      2,080 hours         vacation

 

Length of Service	Length of Vacation
Over one but less than five years	Two Weeks
Over five but less than ten years	Three Weeks
Over ten but less than fifteen years	Four Weeks
Over fifteen but less than twenty-six years	Five Weeks
Over twenty-six years	Six Weeks

For purposes of this section, one day of vacation shall be equal to the average hours worked per day for that employee.
