(a) Part-time employees shall be entitled to longevity payment upon the completion of ten thousand four hundred (10,400) hours of work accumulated over their length of service with the City. Longevity compensation shall be paid as follows:

20,800 to 31,199 hours | $700.00 each year |
32,000 or more hours | $1025.00 each year |
41,600 or more | $1325.00 each year |
(b) All employees who have not reached the 10,400 hour longevity requirement, pursuant to Section 125.085(a), shall be entitled to a longevity payment of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year, with the completion of two years of service. Said longevity payment shall continue until such time as the employee obtains the necessary number of hours pursuant to the longevity schedule in Section 125.085(a). (Ord. 74-2001. Passed 11-26-01.)
