The Mayor is authorized to appoint an Assistant to the Building Commissioner who shall not work more than sixteen (16) hours per week. The Assistant Building Commissioner shall receive salary and compensation for his part-time duties in accordance with the provisions of Section 151.091 of the Codified Ordinances. The part-time position of Assistant Building Commissioner shall not be entitled to fringe benefits provided to full-time employees pursuant to City policy. (Ord. 08-2024. Passed 2-13-24.)
