121.08 LONGEVITY PAY FOR COUNCIL CLERK.
   (a)   The Full-time Council Clerk shall be entitled to longevity payment upon the completion of ten thousand four hundred (10,400) hours of work accumulated over their length of service with the City. Longevity Compensation shall be paid as follows:

62,400 or more
$1,775.00 each year
   (b)   All full time employees who have not reached the 10,400 hour longevity requirement, pursuant to Section 121.08(a) above, shall entitled to a longevity payment of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year, with the completion of two years of service. Said longevity payment shall continue until such time as the employee obtains the necessary number of hours pursuant to the longevity schedule in Section 121.08(a).
