121.07 HOLIDAY PAY.
   (a)   The full-time Clerk of Council provided for in Section 121.06, shall be allowed paid holidays each year as follows:
         Paid Holidays from and after November 1, 2006
 
New Year's Day
Thanksgiving Day
President's Day
Day After Thanksgiving Day
Memorial Day
Christmas Day
Flag Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Three Paid Absence Days

   (b)   The part-time Clerk of Council and part-time employees provided for in Section 121.06 shall be allowed paid holidays each year as follows:
 
      Paid Holidays From and After November 1, 2006
      New Year’s Day         Thanksgiving Day
      Washington’s Birthday      Day After Thanksgiving Day
      Memorial Day            Christmas Day
      Flag Day
      Fourth of July
      Labor Day
      Columbus Day
   Such part-time employees shall be entitled to holiday pay and shall be paid at their hourly rate of pay for 125 percent (125%) of the number of hours worked during the work week in which a holiday falls.
