(a) The Council is hereby authorized to employ part-time clerks and/or typists to perform clerical work of Council.
(b) The hourly compensation for such part-time clerks or typists shall be for hours worked at the order and direction of Council. Compensation shall be payable bi-weekly, every other week, for such position in accordance with the provisions of Section 151.091.
