121.051 ASSISTANT COUNCIL CLERK.
   (a)   There is hereby established the part-time position of Assistant Council Clerk who shall be appointed by the Council of the City of Seven Hills. The Assistant Council Clerk shall be the Acting Clerk of Council and shall serve as Clerk of Council in the absence of the Clerk of Council.
   (b)   The Assistant Council Clerk shall meet all requirements as set forth in Article III, Section 7, of the Charter of the City of Seven Hills and shall be under the direct supervision of the President of Council, and shall perform such duties as are required by the Charter, the Ordinances and those other duties so directed by the President of Council.
   (c)   The Assistant Council Clerk shall receive salary and compensation for her part-time duties in accordance with the provisions of Section 151.091. The part-time position of Assistant Council Clerk shall not be entitled to fringe benefits provided to full-time employees pursuant to City policy.
