969(A).02 PERMITTED BUILDINGS AND USES.
   (a)   In a General Retail Business District with Accessory Use land may be used and buildings or structures may be designed, built, altered or used only for one or more of the permitted uses set forth in Section 969.02.
   (b)   Accessory uses permitted. An accessory building and/or use set forth below which is incidental to the main use, shall be permitted as a subordinate building and/or use provided that it is planned and developed integrally with the main building and use, is clearly incidental thereto, and located on the same parcel as the main building, and further provided that it has no injurious effect on adjoining use districts and such accessory building and use is approved by the Planning Commission:
      (1)   Service stations for the sale of gasoline, oil and auto accessories; and
      (2)   In or as an attached part of a service station, within the enclosed building, retail sales of tobacco products, food and beverages for consumption off the premises, or to the motoring public in a motor vehicle in quantities customarily purchased by the ordinary traveler are permitted, except that the sale of alcoholic beverages of any kind is prohibited. Drive thru windows or facilities are not permitted.
