132.07 COMPENSATION OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST.
   To be allocated between the annual budgets of the Recreation Center, City Hall and Community Services as duties dictate.
   (a)   The City Administrative Specialist shall receive as and for salary and compensation for their full-time duties in accordance with the provisions of Section 151.091 . Such annual compensation shall be paid directly to the City Administrative Specialist in twenty-six substantially equal amounts, together with any other benefits as provided below. In addition to the compensation as set forth in this subsection, the full-time City Administrative Specialist shall receive those benefits as conferred by Chapter 151 of these Codified Ordinances. The City Administrative Specialist shall not receive overtime compensation. (Ord. 133-2021. Passed 1-25-22.)
   (b)   The City Administrative Specialist shall receive as and for additional compensation the following paid vacation benefits:

Two weeks
Over five but less than ten years
Three weeks
Over ten years
Four weeks
   (c)   Hospitalization and Premium Benefits. In addition to the compensation applicable to the City Administrative Specialist, the City shall offer this employee the hospitalization/ dental benefit coverage benefits that the City maintains.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to amend from time to time, if necessary, the existing contract between the City and the existing insurance provider, so as to take into account the effect of this section. Such hospitalization coverage shall not be provided by the City after termination of service with the City for any reason other than COBRA.
