SECTION X-1. INDEXING; SEVERABILITY.

   The indexing system of this Charter shall be as follows:

 

subsections lettered	(a), (b), (c), (d), etc.;
Subparagraph numbered	(1), (2), (3), (4), etc.;

   Any word, phrase, clause, sentence, subsection, subparagraph, section or article of this Charter may be amended as, or in, the manner hereinafter provided.
