No person who is employed full-time or part-time by the City of Seven Hills and/or no relative of a full-time employee (as defined in Section 151.12(e)) shall knowingly contract directly with the City, or subcontract to a prime or subcontractor entering a contract with the City, after the effective date of this section. This prohibition does not apply to volunteer work performed without compensation.
