The City Engineer shall review all sediment control plans and indicate compliance or noncompliance to the person who filed the plan. Indication of noncompliance shall include the plan deficiencies and the procedures for filing a revised plan. Pending preparation and approval (determination of status of compliance) of a revised plan, earth-disturbing activities shall proceed only in accordance with conditions outlined on the approved plan.
