No person shall cause or allow earth-disturbing activities on a development area except in compliance with the standards and criteria set out in the City of Seven Hills “Controlling Construction Site Soil Erosion, Sediment, and Other Wastes and Storm Water Runoff” rules and “Controlling Post-Construction Water Quality Runoff” rules, (hereinafter referred to as “Rules”).
