The City of Seven Hills "Controlling Construction Site Soil Erosion, Sediment, and Other Wastes and Storm Water Runoff" and "Controlling Post-Construction Water Quality Runoff" as set forth in amended Appendix "A", amended Appendix "B" and Appendix "C", are hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing recommended standards and criteria to abate erosion of the soil and degradation of the waters in conjunction with land grading, excavating, filling or other soil activities.
